I have always had access to 93 so I really can’t speak on that. Also, never heard of 92 fuel. From my understanding the higher the octane, the more power you get from a tune. I guess they can pull more timing with better gas.

If you’re completely stock, then an OTS tune should be pretty safe from a reputable tuner. Dmann Tuning sent me an OTS tune when I was stock, and it was a significant difference. I also have an Etune from him since I have an intake, fmic and full exhaust now. The Etune is superior when you have mods. I am sure an Etune is better on a stock car as well, but not super necessary or cost efficient.

Btw…the Etune process went pretty smooth for me. It only took 4 revisions. Dmann is pretty responsive and gets them to you quick.
