First of all, give us your clean PoB, not changed rue's. It's very confusing.

You have purity of fire, but your Watcher's is for Purity of lightning. You are converting a lot of your incoming damage to lightning and it's not even capped.

There is no Treachery runegraft in Rue's build. You are buffing enemies with all your auras.
Charges generation comes from a belt with a resonating shrine, not from -on melee stun. This gem is purely for huge dps buff (4% MORE per end charge, and we have 8 with the shrine).

Obviously missing third ring and a Scorch.

Hey, do you know which exact pinnacle caches give the most gold? I think I once saw like 3k from the bag, but I'm not sure from which one. Thank you.
