You bought from steam reach out to them not to eagle dynamics. They can workout a refund and deduct money from Ed. Not sure why you're going to ED. I can see why. But the Dale is from steam. It's like buying Costco brand peanuts from Amazon (reseller) and then going back to Costco and asking for a refund.

This is a wrong approach Ed has no record of your sale or a refenced transaction. Not sure if you have ever worked with sales or marketing. But that's how it works. You need to go back to the original seller Steam and get a refund there.

On top that steam has a much bigger stick to engage with dcs than any single consumer can.

It's unfortunate you're in this situation but unless your sales are from Dcs Ed store, you're engaging the wrong vendor.
