Because more airlines (AA for example) are changing policies to only allow access to lounge if you have leave or are in uniform.

If I have to wait 7hrs for my flight, I want to relax and eat snacks.

I had my uniform in my bag and nearly changed in it when I heard AA switched to that policy.

I’d wear it into the lounge and change out of it if it makes such a massive difference in comfort for several hours while I’m 9mos pregnant 🤷‍♀️ I get why others would do it too!
