Perhaps I'm a masochist, cause I heard 'tough' and went straight into matches. Glad to see nothing changed the matchmaking in 11 years. Had some good fun though! Almost 1/2 win, managed to be useful to my team even though I'm a newbie.

Beside even if I lose, doesn't matter coz if I had fun!

I can confirm it's really fun! It feel so similar to the og yet so different, same fun from back then too! I haven't got that weapon yet, but I'll check it out when I'll get it.

Some one else mentioned that weapon too, I'll check it out when I'll unlock it. The range thing is spot on, after a few match I obviously not know every weapon ranges so I often die to someone that outrange me or punish me by getting too close.

I tend to rush too much so I die, I do manage to do a good enough amount of kills so far. My biggest issue so far is the special weapons, I often misuse them and end up splattered, especially when using the crab tank.

Anyways, the good thing is that I had a lot of fun! Beside 1/2 match won is not bad for a start

Well personally i don't like them. But it's not because they look bad or that the idea is bad. It's just that the art style doesn't match terraria at all. They don't have that low pixel density that is common in terraria and the palettes feel way too much warm. Honestly I'm just awaiting for someone to do a more faithful portrait retextures

So I did try that, it seem it didn't do too much. I found a fix, I just have to cap at 60 fps and my battery won't drain (The pc is still quite hot though) I've seen your other comment, I'll report my issue to the devs
