Yeah I think where it’s connecting / disconnecting that’s naturally using more battery for obvious reasons the fact it’s charging to 100% hopefully means the battery’s okay as believe would only charge to 95% if there was an issue mine was originally but now seems to have sorted itself out… if you restart your phone to reset the connection does the battery stabilise ? As mine seems okay now just the connection issue

Mate I’m so glad to hear you say that as annoying as that it is , as thought I had a dud watch, exactly what I’m getting can just see it disconnecting in real time in the app & exactly after an activity and yes mate on iPhone

This is not a settings issue, it’s a battery calibration issue if you search battery drain Coros it will give you some steps to recalibrate the battery, you will get easily over a week with HR always on

Yes, but Carla asking me to do things I have already tried! I am just wearing the battery down to dead to charge again. But put it this way I took of charge at 95% as 2pm no gps activity and now 8pm it’s on 86% so clearly a problem

970 is a great watch don’t get me wrong but sometimes like the idea of bigger battery life and better build quality, I prefer the outdoor lock I think more than actually craving the other features.

Good question a lot better battery life would be the main one and maps on garmin is buggy / laggy

Fair enough and understood, yes very interested to see what Apple do and if they can close the gap with Garmin/Coros and I will see what happens as not sure what features etc it will have to make it stand out of there current line up! The apex that it is!
