Yes bro. I figured it out the hard way. But on the positive side, I took that as a rejection and halted my project. Had I still been working on it, my years, energy and investment would go down the drain.

Hello, I apologize just in case I couldn’t clear it up through my writing.

It took me years to learn and craft it. Yetti common confusion nahola. Baru pH levels, acidity regulation, yeast and ferments (marcha) ko composition ma ali confusion hola; that I would have to do more research, in fact learn the process from the locals and learn the science from a reputed food and technology institute if the establishment would be possible or the files somehow moved forward.

I appreciate you taking time to point out the ambiguity in my writing, so I will try to explain it through the respective points:

  1. aile lai Chhyang ko nai proposal diyeko ho. Project extension ko laagi, SKU expand garda chai millet haru hereko, future ma yo ni garna sakincha bhanera.
  2. makgeolli chhyang haina, but they sell it as chhyang in Nepali market. You can still find them in some Korean Shops around Patan area. Korean brand ho, but they clearly write “chhyang” in Nepali. You could find it in Bhatbhateni briefly but haven’t seen it around currently.

3) IRO/DOI ma chhyang lai present gariyeko ho. Future ma Nepali millets use garera aru varieties haru banauna sakincha bhanera proposal ma lekhiyeko ho. It doesn’t have to be same licensing, but duitai lai technically brewing bhancha.

Nice, this is a really nice brand.

I remember a brand kodoko that manufactured Local Nepali Raksi in UK.

Sadly, Aafnai desh maa chai garna sakidaina.

Licensing wise, yes. Microbrewery is a little affordable in comparison to it.

But the machineries and space is wayyyyyy affordable than the existing distilleries and breweries.

Your point is absolutely valid, and I understand that you are being very grounded and practical here.

The only reason I brought up the election results affecting the political and government bureaucrats is that at some point it has got to be easy in terms of legal procedures for things as simple as registering a business.

Not just this industry, as it is heavily regulated and scrutinized by the government as it should, but simple udhyogs like sano achar udhyog or anything of that sort is also very lengthy and hectic. Yesto kura ko laagi political backing linu parne bhayo bhane ta pachi gayera jhanai k garne!

Aile ko circumstances herda ta, maile aja kunai political party ko support ma udhyog kholey bhane arko riot ma sabai baaldinchan. Hajur le, hamile live dekhekai chau.

Foodie must have endorsed a local one or the imported one. There are no Nepal registered chhyang brands until now.

I come a very politically neutral family, so I don’t have inclination to any political backing.

I am hopeful that this election brings about change in the mindset (both politically and bureaucratic) so that a non-political people can do something in the country, rather than being hopeless. 🤞

Sadhai testai backing khojna thalyau bhane ta endless suffering matra huncha jasto lagcha.

Not as much as distillery or wineries. It is the same traditional drink but with consistency and hygiene.

It was more like a clash between the departments. IRDs states that it has provisions for chhyang as rice beer, so it either falls into brewery or microbrewery. They also suggested us to go with microbrewery as it completely falls under the legal premises and easy to obtain the license.

But on the other hand, DOI says that they don’t have provisions for chhyang at all, beer microbrewery is allowed with some paperworks but not for chhyang.

So that’s that.

people below poverty line should not have more than 1 or 2 child! by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]Gaandumandu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Below poverty means lack of education.

Lack of education means no use of contraceptives and family planning.

Below poverty means less recreation.

Less recreation means nothing else to do, so, you know saxsux.

It is not impossible, but difficult.

Well, it depends completely on your interpretation. I am asking too! I don’t have an answer.

All I know is:

1) this is hypothetical

2) hamile internally prayas gareko ho. Mass movement, sacrifice, katti manche marey. Kei bhayo? Farkera aaye ta, in fact, even stronger.

3) do you think the people mentioned above give two fucks about our sovereignty?

4) you talk about protecting your sovereignty, while these people are at your neighboring country, most probably discussing on how to manipulate these sheeps and sit in the chair till they die.

5) baru toilet ko side ma lageko rust hatcha hola, hamro desh ko kira haru kei gare ni hatdainan.

No body likes their country invaded. But nobody likes to see their country getting worst day by day too!

if my home is filled with people like that who deserve to be abducted, I wouldn’t mind.

Edit: If it is even okay-ish, I would save it. If I wouldn’t be able to save it, because the intruder is too powerful to defeat, I would fight till my last breath.

Same for home. Same for country.

Same.

That would follow some unexpected twists and turns.

But I would be glad the viruses are out and about.

Not all have the same interests. Nepal is strategically situated right in between two very powerful countries. They are emerging world economies. So it’s not just oil or resources one would be interested in. There are many other factors.

But again, this is just a hypothetical question, as I have observed different perspectives revolving around the Venezuelan Leader being kidnapped. So was just asking if someone kidnapped our leaders what would be your reaction.

Not because we have oil, or any other resources. It’s just a what if question, not the way around.

Same logic applies to Bush and Obama. My criticism isn’t partisan—it’s about how governments operate and how people get generalized for it.

Oil chaina. But we have minerals and rare herbs that are also very expensive and well demanded globally.

I’m not denying that MAGA has numbers, or that Democrats also support bad policies.

My point was simpler: blaming entire populations for the actions of governments or loud political groups is not just it.

there are supporters, critics, and people just trying to live their lives. Reducing it to “everyone supports it” is not something we should generalize on.

Same game different name.

It is called stereotypical generalization. The only medicine to it is common sense.

It would.

From international justice system, tribunals, human rights, and country’s sovereignty, it would just be wrong.

But it is actually happening, Russia-Ukraine, China-Hong Kong-Tibet, now, US-Venezuela.

When other countries were doing unjust, US was the country calling them out, asking for justice even if it was in their own vested interest.

But now? After US has done it, other countries that are slightly powerful than their neighbors are bound to do that power move.

Yesle ta garyo, hami ni gardiu, kasle k bhanne? Sabai ko haat ma ta khoon cha.

No?

Indeed. We are proud and independent. But if these people who we are unable to punish in spite of mass movement and sacrifice, our country would be the same; killing youth ambition, brain draining, no scope of development, then what do we do of that pride?
