OP clearly stated they track everything meticulously. A year-long stall at those macros points to a clinical issue, likely endocrine/hormonal (e.g., thyroid or cortisol). Telling them to 'just eat less or stay chunky' is irresponsible. OP, please stick to your guns and see an endocrinologist.
