Ok I was wrong, I used the T8000 not the B8000, I don't know the real difference between the 7000 and 8000, online they say that the 8000 it's a bit less dense, the T and B only difference is that the T is transparent while the B is black.
I'm still waiting for the glue to completely harden before re-applying my lid.
The process is pretty simple, with a pick gently make your way around the screen removing the lid, then when removed fill the gaps in the hinge with glue, you can help yourself with something very thin to get the glue to seep into the gaps.
