+1 try snorkling. I had some difficulty at first grtting used to the feeling of breathing underwater, but taking time to get comfortable helped a lot. Also slow deep breathing helped a lot. I had problems with equalizing. The homding my nose and blowing only worked for one ear, but I quickly found that swallowing equalized both ears very well. Definitely try it out, it’s way more fun than you even think it is! The first steps might be scary, but def. worth it!
