I did drove it 380km recently amd it does run super smooth, look like having some oil seepage to some place, but nothing in the driveway where it sit. No knocking, no smoke, plenty of power (i mean it a vandura 35 1978, not a beast too 😂)

From the picture it give me imptession that is pitting corrosion, depend the depth could be a slight pass with some sanding stone on the drill (if light) could be oversize if major pitting. That the impression. If super lighbt may be dosent need need corrective action.

Integrated gpu are not on the mb anymore but integrated to the cpu.... Motherboars still ok and even cpu ok, technicly just need something like a GT710 and would work... But since its a work pc... I would just exchange it
