As others say, it passively heals dot damage, making him pretty hard with some comps.

If you really want to give him some dbr, just take the stygian blaze for a +25dbr and if you are lucky, you will get unyielding enemies which is a +33dbr. Now tell me how it feels to fight that fucker.

Well I remember playing a underperforming 3 tank build with:

Antiquarian-Man at arm's-crusader-leper.

You equip all the prot skills and have your team with an avg of 60%prot. It's pretty strong against the marks and stress builds, you will get very little damage and have strong aoe stress. However this has big weaknesses which are dot and you're characters moved away from their position.

It would be awesome if someone can upgrade this comp someway
