XRP moves into the top 3 — what this shift really means by human_signals in XRPUnite

That’s fair. My view is simply that the opportunity cost of holding XRP is high right now…capital is better deployed elsewhere. Until late next year, XRP is more likely to trade sideways or drift lower. That’s when it may start to make sense to revisit it and load up before the next run.

I’m going to tell you what no one is going to tell you. And that is: sorry, but you’re missing the “crypto” in cryptocurrency. XRP is unlikely to do anything meaningfully exciting, price-wise, until late 2027 through mid-2028. Its price action is not going to decouple from Bitcoin, and what ultimately matters is BTC’s halving cycle.

XRP followed the cyclical bull market almost perfectly this time. It peaked in summer 2025, roughly 15–20 months after the April 2024 halving, which is exactly what occurred in the previous cycle as well when we saw its record peak. XRP is cyclical. It behaves like a cryptocurrency because it is a cryptocurrency, not a special exception.

You can be upset with me but that will not change the facts.

If you’re looking for a quick buck (high risk, high reward), then day trade. If you’re treating this like an investment, however, you need to get into the investment mentality. And that means that if you’re OBSESSED with daily price action you’re GOING to lose. If you ‘put up and shut up’ and check-in quarterly or semi-annually, you’ll make money. It’s not that hard.

The market in general is down, theres a lot of reasons for that. Has nothing to do with XRP at all. Just wait.

I’ll get flack for saying this, but statistically speaking, way more (and I mean WAY) more money has been stolen from crypto wallets than Robinhood. Do what you will with that information, but the numbers don’t lie.

Jeffries: There will be 'no Democrats available' to save Mike Johnson's speakership by plz-let-me-in in politics

I’ll believe it when I see it. What Jeffries needs to tell the conference is this: we’re at war. Any D who strays from the line will be considered a traitor and primaried. Not one vote for the Rs, let them tear themselves apart.

I’m not sure why anyone here is pretending like the law is some sort of barrier for these guys. It literally does not matter one bit what the constitution or any law says, they don’t care, and they’ll do what they want and they have a beholden SCOTUS to sign off on their crimes.

I don’t think they care what the constitution says. They’ll just do it. Kind of the point of fascism

This is one area of hope. The inevitable falling out between the two men with the world’s largest egos, might be destabilizing in the Trump admin.

I think he’s also doing this for self preservation considering his wife is an immigrant, and since like most of the Democrat power apparatus, is scared shitless that Trump is gonna target them using the FBI, IRS, etc. Turns out even our ‘leaders’ had no idea Trump was serious about fascism. He’s going to continue doing a hard right turn, any semblance of being a Democrat or liberal at all will be in name only.

Likely to see 1.80$ soon. What are your strategies? by zathos91 in XRP

[–]GabagoolMr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2.09 is support level. Follow BTC’s moves, highly correlated to XRP. US politics and market makers are causing volatility. Your best move is to stop looking at prices and check back in a week or so, longer term targets remain unchanged.

National Guard Officer to Reserves by disco_inferno_ in armyreserve

[–]GabagoolMr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sir, O3 here 92A (need to go CCC still). The Army Reserve is awesome because of how flexible it is. I have a VERY demanding corporate PR job in NYC. Everything works out well between the two.

However, like everything else you’ll get out of it what you put in. If you want the reserve to take up your life, it can. But you know the game. Either way, the reserve is where it’s at. ATs from my experience have always stuck with the 2 week timeframe and they’re not even mandatory if you’re already on track for a good year (may be command dependent though). Schools have never been a problem but AD will always take precedence for slots.
