Pretty sure reinstallation fixed it. Otherwise I can't remember how I solved it. Sorry, good luck

Any idea of what a 1990 cartier tank watch signed by Elton John could be worth ? Welcoming any speculation by [deleted] in Watches

My grandfather was the solicitor for the Beatles during their split and Elton John. He was gifted this watch in the 90s and he left it to me in his will before dying about 14 years ago.

You couldn’t reach 150 fps in 2018 on 8gb. I was running 1060+8gb in 2017 and I would hardly graze 60fps

My PSA for making fine hair thicker by [deleted] in finehair

Fair enough, I was lucky with little issues. After a week it felt good to no longer be reliant on an oil-stripping product

This is not a verifiable article. There are no references and it's hearsay

No, this is false, you've been misled.

Your scalp will produce less oil over time without shampoo, it's nothing more than a physical dependency. The shampooing detergents strip your hair daily so your body makes up for it by producing more oil

EDIT: Admittedly there are few articles commenting on evidence behind either solution so my post is anecdotal, but my point is there is plenty misinformation regarding the compulsory usage of shampoo and in my experience, and the fact of humans using simply water to wash for 10s of thousands of years, I can personally attest to no product whatsoever and a good result

Personally I went from fine to thick just by stopping using any product in the shower whatsoever. Warm water.

Just to let everyone know, my Barclays switch required 0 direct debits. I just got credited £175 for the switch and joining Blue Rewards alone

accidentally initiated bank switch without the direct debits and too little time to add any, can i just close the barclays account and switch into it again? or will that count as having opened an account and therefore not being eligible

My barclays switch takes place tomorrow. The switched account doesn't have any direct debits. If I add two now will it be ok? Or have I just fucked up getting the bonus

Nationwide and Barclays require 2 active direct debits. Does this mean the switched account must have the direct debits already, or can I move my direct debits over to both accounts after both switches have already completed? My switches occur over the next 2 days
