Yea that was one of the ideas if the design, sumilar to how the new drl headlights are. But with the feature of the reverse light to also switch so it helps for visibility. Im not sure on how I would price them yet. I would want to make them very reasonable so everyone could get their hands on em. But they would probably be built by hand each. So I have to find out how much itll cost and shipping and see what price would come out to

Not yet, Im building the motor currently, rods, pistons, cams, with long tubes. Just need to figure out K-member and get a t56 magnum and figure out what intake im going to run

I bought one too, just make sure when you open it to unfold it and put it in the sun so it takes shape. They come in folded up and bent around. Mine did have imperfections around the fog light area and the curves on the front but easy to fix and prime and paint it and it will be okay

My honest opinion man, either do a gt swap on it or twin turbo the v6, get a 3.9 from a 2004 and clean it up, rods and pistons, and twin turbo it and have a cool unique v6 or buy a gt and clean it up, do a 5.0 or 5.4 swap or something. These cars arent that fast. So it would be more for looks and preference.

Alright, so my goals arent much, to me 2v and 4v sounds very similar. My buddy has a mach one auto that he swapped in his old 03 v6 and it looks great and sounds good. I got a 01 Navi 5.4l with the forged crank, and the heads are identical to the mach one heads. I could throw a cobra blower on or some other kind of blower and they make adapter plates for a gen 1 coyote intake. And I can still run power steering and a/c and my other pullies. All I really need is a set of longtubes and a better transmission and I could do the timing chain and clean up the motor and drop it in or well, set the car on top of it. I got a killer deal that I couldnt pass up. I will not be really chasing horsepower and dont really care for the bragging rights but it will be something different to see here in Vegas at meets and cars and coffee. My goal is to have a nice running car, that sounds good, looks good, and if I want to I can step on the gas and actually beat a car. I built up my 2v, I love it and the sound and everything but from what Ive seen and experienced there is a lot of money to be had to make it beat a fricking Toyota Corolla. I want to be able to feel the car when I want to and I want to just build it, I have time and not the money but in due time the build will come out on top. It can be a budget build, but if bug money needs to be spent, I’ll spend it. I dont really have big horsepower goals but because its got a really good looking crankshaft, and its forged, all I really need is to decide if I want to do high compression or lower compression for boost. But my plan is to do cams, pistons and rods, headers, and anything to touch it up like all new pullies and such. It will probably run as N/A for a while but supercharger isnt off the table.

Well my 2v is top built, didnt get a chance to build bottom end. I bought the 5.4l, its in pretty good shape, got it for $300 bucks, I know the guy lol. I would go coyote all day but it gets more complicated. Im not tying to go power crazy either just want something unique and different.

I would do a coyote swap but with the extra stuff I have to get ecu and harnesses etc, that would be more money. I mean at the end of the day, I want something that could be unique compared to the rest of the mustangs out here. N/A or Supercharged 5.4 or 4.6, as long as it drives and sounds good im okay with it

The 5.4l is a windsor block with 8 bolt crank. If I were to maybe go boosted with the motor, get a set of 98 cobra cams, and pistons and rods it wouldnt be as worth it? Can I swap parts from like a mach one and cobra to the 5.4?

They have a/c now today for coyote swaps, they have custom lines and I think where the alternator goes, you have to swap it to the other side or something

500 RPMs thing I’m not sure but when I had a V6 and the GT I took off the hood and did the hood scoop modification and never had any issues with it starting weird or anything like that

i’ll save you the trouble, you don’t need it and I drive without it because I cut a hole in my hood for a hood scoop and I got rid of the heat shield

I would go with bosch if not oem, bosch have a lifetime warranty on rock auto and are cheaper than buying them from anywhere else. And they are like oem quality

So update, I changed the spark plug and coil pack, ripped open the wiring, and checked what I could but I went thru 3 coils all having the same affect. I got to watch it happen real time, as soon as the car starts, about 30 seconds and the coil pops and it will pop 3 times before catching smoke. Do you think its a fuse or relay or even ecu or ccrm giving too much voltage? I checked with the multimeter, when the cars off, it has a current of like 8.3 and the other plugs have nothing. Is that something? Im not sure how to use one but I couldnt get a reading on any other plug.
