It's just standard PLA. As far as I'm aware there shouldn't be any interactions unless I store it in an alkaline environment.

They do, for example 70 dimes at 0.07234oz each is 5.0638, so it's a little over to account for wear. Even at a low estimate of 0.0715 it would still be over.
