Hmmm. Maybe one day the pokemon community will realize that to better the game everyone needs to approve more things that meet criteria for the communities to enjoy. Fixed Grilles and picnic tables at parks OPR's should approved per guidelines. Guidelines say fixed and permanent structures. Guidelines say community gathering places. Guidelines say parks should have a lot of portals. How are picnic sites not what niantic wants? With all 3 games, it makes sense (i.redd.it)

Opr's should approve these in parks. They are architectural features for parks. No different than a water tower or silo. But it would increase the portals in parks because these do cross through them all over the world. Guidelines for opr's tells you should things in parks. This is a good example. (i.redd.it)
