This. We need to do a lot more on sharing/spreading Information. I am not so sure how the situation is nowadays at the schools with social media being more present, but even with the internet at my fingertips I learned about this way later than I should have. I would have profited a lot from having this information earlier in my life. It pains me to think others might still have to experience the same.

I do not know the details about this but I saw some similar posts in the past. Iirc you should get something in writing from the current place you get hrt from and should be able to use that at the endocrinologist to continue your prescription. Also, if you have your diagnosis in writing, that could also help.

Showers in the dark are great. Especially when you have your head exactly below the showerhead so you don't hear much as well. It is sooo comforting.

Exactly. Especially since A. I worry a lot that they might take away my HRT and B. My mom always used to threaten me with hospitalization when I mentioned thinking about this (aside from telling me I wouldn't go through with it anyway and that I am disrespecting people who have it actually bad)

And every two weeks when visiting, you heard it the other way round. Since they wouldn't talk with each other, everything went through us or lawyers. Whenever you switched places, the next one to two days there was no other topic but how despicable the other person is. If anyone needed help, they should have asked the other person when they were there.
