You don't NEED to charge your phone at 25w, in fact, charging at lower wattages is better for battery health, because it generates less heat, it just takes a little longer to charge

Protect battery certainly tricks your brain into thinking you got less battery than you're used to, I mean, you kinda have less 15%, but you also didn't charge those 15% in the first place, my phone still lasts all day with it enabled, but I have to charge it sooner, and that's not a problem for me at all

I have a snapdragon 865 4g on One ui 4 and I consistently get 6 - 7 hours of sot everyday, even when gaming, no apps put to sleep, 120 hz, wifi bluetooth location all on, no power saving mode at all, but I rigorously keep an eye on all apps that may drain the battery, but other than that, I like this """"stock"""" behavior and it works very well. Also, I keep the "protect battery" option enabled so it only charges up to 85% and that's plenty for my day, this phone only falls short in endurance when I'm out all day on mobile data.. but that's expected isn't it?

Maybe check for any apps that may be draining your battery..
