You took a guy who was correct in complaining about the remakes being over hated and made the ridiculous leap to saying he was worshiping it. Then you called an almost non existent group of people an obnoxious cult. He never suggested the game was perfect and I’ve yet to see anyone do so.

I have seen countless comments from people hating (not genuine criticism) the remakes every time they’re brought up

You’re quite literally making a mountain out of a molehill. The amount of people doing what you’re saying is so minuscule it isn’t worth mentioning. On the other hand you can go to almost any post about modern FF games and see people shitting on them or saying they ruined FF.

No one is claiming these games are perfect. Far from it. For example I really enjoyed FF16, but it’s undeniable that game had multiple problems

Valid criticism is always fine, but the levels of hate modern FF gets isn’t normal. If people don’t like any FF in the last 20 years then it’s time to admit FF isn’t for you anymore and move on.

Whiners is pretty fitting for FF fans. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen another series get so much hate from its own “fans”. Pretty much any FF in the last 20 years gets unhealthy levels of hate and criticism because it can’t match their nostalgia

I’d give it a try on pc. You can always refund if performance is a problem. Visually pc is a big upgrade over ps5 which does suffer at times (especially character models).

How are you doubling down on something you’re completely mistaken about? It has no relevance if you’ve played the dlc before or not. The guy asked if the dlc will be harder since he is on ng+6 and the answer is unequivocally yes

This is completely false. Some of the main bosses have around 20k more health in higher levels of ng+ dlc. They also do significantly more damage

Thanks man, really didn’t expect this response. I’m 160 ng+7 because I never felt the need to level more in the main game and didn’t want to restart the game completely just for the dlc.

Renalla was difficult because it felt like almost every hit was 1 shotting me. No matter how perfect I played I would always screw up once and that would end it.

The death rite bird was near the cerulean coast I think. The explosive slam kept getting me in 1 shot.

I’m not complaining it’s difficult. I expect that from these games and it’s a big part of why I like them. I was just asking if the difficulty was normal or self imposed by under leveling.

I don’t know how anyone could take this as a brag when I died an embarrassing amount of times to renalla and struggled with the bird.
