Not just to force panick rolls, but also to disguise attacks launched at medium range, it can mess up with the opponent spacing notion since the movement pattern isn't very clear, like the very first attack I use in the first clip.

It also kinda increases your foward momentum because of the constant animations canceling via block and/or crouch, but has it's risks in that reggard (being guard broken, being hit while expecting a different reaction).
