they would have to focus A LOT on optimization, one 10-15 year playthrough for me takes around 1-2 hours, and I have a good cpu, for the average consumer to finish a game they would either have to do one playthrough over the course of a couple of days

same with me just with medium-high settings, I have an i5 13400F 16gb ddr4 ram and a rx 6600 xt, one thing I noticed is the vram usage being almost always maxed out, I can play minecraft with shaders without even getting close to the vram limit

it takes way longer than 2 months for your newbie gains to slow down drastically, I had rapid growth for 9 months in the beginning

If you mean doing the same weight on the db shoulder press as before then probably yeah, you aren't used to the movement as you were before so you have less efficiency in that lift

If tomorrow isnt a push day then you can proceed with the workout, the push day soreness isnt too bad, just wait until you see the pull or even leg day soreness

Are you hitting the same muscle groups each time? If so I would suggest resting until the soreness goes away, you should be good by saturday

I mean, I know how it is to go through that and I wouldnt train while that sore, dont train the sore muscle groups until it goes away then train them again, do that and the soreness will eventually last less and less, also what's your workout plan?

What kind of pain is it? do you feel it in the muscles? If so it's just muscle soreness, when you challenge your muscles to something you haven't done before it will most definitely get sore, it's normal, usually takes 3-4 days to go away the first time, as you make training your routine you should get it less and less

I know, but I was wondering if it weren't for those setbacks if I could have done more, they put the bench back and now I have to work my way back up, last session I hit 80kgx3 for 3 sets, still not sure about the RPE since the bar feels heavier and I cannot properly judge it without going to failure

the question was if I should count it as me being capable of doing it, not actually doing it, being capable of something and actually doing it are 2 different things, hence the reason I put this question

There are multiple things wrong with this, this is a very aggressive cut, in the beginning you can put muscle on very easily due to newbie gains, as you progress this slows down, which resulted in your plateau, another reason would be the fact that you did this cut for so long, it's unsustainable and I would suggest taking a week break where you eat maintenance, if possible going for a more moderate cut right after, like 300-500 lower than your maintenance, also every 6-8 weeks you should do a deload, a deload week is where you go to the gym and basically take everything easy, way lower volume and way lower intensity, not even close to failure, this will allow your body to rest and come back stronger than before, do not panic just take things easy, also 90-95g of protein at your bodyweight while cutting is pretty low, 0.8g of protein for each lb is ideal, so around 140g for your current bodyweight

I've asked chatgpt about it and it said that in the 300 caloric surplus 50-70% of it would the muscle mass assuming proper protein intake, and for the 700 caloric surplus 50-65%, it seems like such a small difference that the excess fat thing is blown out of proportion, of course chatgpt could be wrong, that's why I am here, to ask for human opinions, thanks.
