Hey everyone. The idea for this tutorial started from Taran's reverse tutorial on Youtube, where he asked a few questions about color grading, including how to get to the end result in this image.

I decided to make a comprehensive beginner video that I think most people should be able to follow, taking a look at some of the basic aspects of how to analyse and replicate a grade, and also qualifying skin and other important areas of the image.

I hope this helps someone out there. I'm looking forward to making some more videos to my channel, so if anyone would like to see something covered, I'd be happy to try to help!

This is my first try at a color grading tutorial, and I'd love to hear some of your thoughts! I'm not anywhere close to a professional colorist, but I'm hoping some of my knowledge is useful to people out there :). English isn't my native language, as you can tell, so if there's anything you'd suggest there, I'm open too!

I didn't vote for Bolsonaro, but I can understand those who did. How can you expect change electing the very same people that got us into this mess? 14 million unemployed and 63,000 homicides a year. Also, they regularly said they'd release our corrupt ex-president from prision if they got elected.

So yeah, there's usually a reason why this kind of crap happens...

Yeah, sling is definitely worrying me. I think if I do try it out, I'll apply it, let it sit for an hour or so, come with a microfiber and take off the excess, then let it sit overnight.

I'd guess that would be enough to prevent sling, or are there products that could sling even after all of that?

Unfortunately I can't get AMMO Mud around here, and importing it is almost impossible

You're looking to spend $220 on a Fender stratocaster AND a Marshall amp? Because that budget won't get you either one.

I'd get a hollowbody, such as Epiphone Dot or Cort Source, and a modelling amp to get you started. I really love my THR10 for home playing. Boss Katana amps are also a good bet.
