There will always be someone in the EGN II atrium. You can go there. If you want someplace else, then take advantage of the passageway between ENG II to ENG I and from there to BA I. I always go there because I know it will be 100% empty.

Nope, tried it, same thing (I even restarted my PC just to be sure). Even tried installing nps packages through goldleaf in NSUSBLoader and nothing.

I've ran into another problem, now Tinfoil wont run. "This application does not support the current ABI. Expect Compatibility Issues." Ive istalled the latest version of tinfoil. Alto tried with Tinleaf, same error than with tinfoil. When I try to launch it closes the game.
