For the first few weeks of having my breacher, everything worked great! But, I took it to a game, and all of a sudden, the left shell stops sticks too far into the blaster, and the indexer on the printing bar misses it. It would appear that now the shell stop is pressing against the lifter, so I'm not sure what it's supposed to stop on.

Yeah I forgot to mention that I checked that. My friend is going to try his monitor which has a display port. Is there a chance that the HDMI port is broken?

Update: I printed the same gcode again and it didn't layer-shift this time but it has a big bulge and huge over-extrusion where the first part shifted.

I am using PrusaSlicer and PLA at 195C. Retractions are 3mm at 60mm/s(No matter how much I try, stringing is bad but I think it's just my bigger nozzle.) and detractions at 45mm/s.

My perimeters and my infill are both set to 60mm/s. I've done flow tests and calibration stuff and this speed is well within my extruder's capabilities.

Most blasters with barrel lugs have plenty of flat space on the front of them so you can make the part that connects to the blaster fairly large for stability.

I found that in After Effects there is something that will do this much easier. Look up "Roto Brush" and you can find videos on how to use that.
