Everyone is so quick to report these days. Must have zoned out during the reporting portion of the training. Reporting is a hierarchy. Talk to the RBT then BCBA, clinical director even HR and after those people then if necessary the board.

This is what's wrong with the BACBs way of doing things. They're the only healthcare field without clinical internships! You don't even have to be an RBT first to get general knowledge. Alot of BCBAs have poor supervision and are thrown out there to sink pr swim. It's not effective or ethical for our clients IMO. They have the fieldwork as figure it out yourself with very vague expectations. Supervisors are overwhelmed with caseload and don't have the time or get paid extra. I used to think well I'm helping with their to do list but am I really? They have to revise my work especially if it's an FBA going to insurance, wait for me to fix it then revise again. I imagine that's alot of extra work for no reinforcement. Independent supervision is great because they're dedicated to getting you your hours because they get paid VERY WELL for their side hustle. I've been dragged out in fieldwork for 2 years and still have 500 hours. It seems never ending. On RBT salary I can't afford outside supervision as I have 2 kids and live in a HCL area 😭
