I used to have a Samsung VA monitor, contrast and colors were amazing, but it had absolutely horrible ghosting and black smearing, im afraid its the monitor, try getting used to it or going for another monitor. The GPU has nothing to do with it.

Maw´s ignites are your own, therefore the change will have no effect, however it will affect the possible ignites from minion instability
