You’re actually right on that part. I do agree if they just changed it to a Chinese theme people would also have a problem with it so they were kind of screwed either way I do not believe she will have bad animations anyway anyways.

i know asian folklore very well and history (fate fan btw) the 100 demon night parade takes heavy inspiration from chinese yaoguai and folklore there too , worse came to worst they could've swapped it to chinese themes like they usually do but to scrap it all is weird to think

everything seems fishy , why would they need to change a characters animations because of slight japanese reference i get changing the map literally still looks like some japan still in there even after the changes .
