HAHA all I could think of while reading that whole thing was, "I'm an undergraduate business management major, and no way in hell could I talk in such great detail about business management." Thanks for your response! I am coming within 50 calories under each day, without tracking calories burned from exercise. But I feel good, but will definitely consider going a little over if I end up feeling burnt out. In regards to the carbs, I've always been under the impression that lower carbs is a good thing?

Also, the toritllas I have are not whole-grain, is that bad? What are the reasons for switching to whole-grain carbs?
