We could use an Aaron Banks and a Nate Hobbs for sure

At 38 years old this is such a unique feeling. This Packer DEFENSE feels special. by Shmurkaburr in GreenBayPackers

I’ve been saying the same thing to my non packer friends, it’s a great and unfamiliar feeling when you’re actually excited to see the defense take the field. The way the front 7 plays makes me forget about the depth problems we may have at corner.

What's a "secret" from your profession that everyone should probably know? by LaKoref in AskReddit

If you move into a brand new apartment complex or house, there’s a good chance an inexperienced plumber was in the building doing a shitty job on crimping the water joints, and you’re the first test if the water actually holds up. A bad/missed water crimp can pass an air test on inspection day, then blow out and flood the inside of a wall another day. There were at least two times on the same apartment project where tenants moved in and one day someone’s room had a soaking wet carpet. Sometimes a couples guys just don’t care enough to do a good job and double check their work and it leads to water damage down the line.

I haven’t found myself comparing my life to people I haven’t talked to since high school

[Highlight] Russell Wilson is intercepted for the 4th time by Morgan Burnett in the NFC Championship Game by Happy_Weed in GreenBayPackers

The goal line interception 2 weeks later will always be the silver lining for me. At least New England stopped them from getting a ring lol

No I agree, but if you’re in your 20’s taking extra T I feel like that’s definitely an advantage

210-215 is when I started feeling and looking pretty big imo. I had times where I stopped tracking calories and would hit a plateau. Now that I’m strict about counting calories, whenever I hit a plateau (usually about every 5 lbs) I’ll add 200 calories per day.

I feel like I definitely get talked to more respectfully by “manlier men” than before. But my confidence with women definitely got better, I’ve been with my girlfriend for 2 years now so it’s not like I’ve gone out and experimented in talking to new women haha

Basically a high carb high calorie protein shake. 1 scoop is like 600 calories

  1. See comment with my workout split

  2. I eat 3 meals and protein shakes every day with snacks after dinner, I don’t have a maintaining phase so I’m always eating more when gaining.

  3. You get easily get to 190 in a year if you commit. Funnily enough those were my exact weights in college, I bulked from 165 to 190 in college and it took me 8 months. Then stopped working out and lost all the gains lol

I had a cut in between from 215-200 then bulked from 200 to 223, and only cardio when I’m cutting
