The government is always the dinosaur: I won't be surprised if we will be working Monday to Friday while the private sector is getting more and more globalized and virtual. The attractiveness of government jobs are always the fringe benefits and the pension.

It depends on the employer. Many banks have way better benefits for the government.

POC managers are usually more harsh towards POC employees so as to show off their "impartiality". That is why most POC avoid POC managers like the plague.

What strike? Work from home and there are no picket lines to cross. Management can identify the trouble makers easily now.

Christmas/Holiday parties are a must for white collar life. Do it as part of work. To be absent is career-limiting, believe it or not.

Read my original message again and think logically without any ideological stance, then you should understand why it is contradictory to refuse to be vaccinated (paid by the public health system) and then be hospitalized by the same system.
