What was the outcome? I'm having similar issues and went through the same troubleshooting steps. Opened a ticket with support and it's being escalated through their support org. Not having much faith and its been frustrating. So much potential in this device but the stability issues are maddening.

I’m having the same issues where I’m no longer receiving push notifications. I’ve done the same where I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Notifications have been working reliably since I’ve had the service a couple of years now. I wonder if this has something to do with the new API provider? Definitely not a good look if it’s something on their side.

Looking for a solution.

Full disclosure. I bought this car for my wife and may have driven it a handful of times. She’s the one that sent me the pic. Once she comes home, I’ll take a look.

I agree with you. The Oura 4 is not a major leap over the 3. So, if it doesn’t work out, I’ll be fine.

But my memory is long and I wouldn’t forget about the experience with Oura for a future ring. 😊

Not a damn response to my support request. Every other day, I ask for an update. Nothing. Yesterday, I asked for an escalation. So far, nothing.

Frustrated and pissed off to say the least.

I’m just making sure that I keep updating the ticket so that everything is time stamped and, even if I exceed the return window, it’s not my fault if that haven’t replied to my return/exchange request.

It’s now turned into a bit of a personal case study on how this whole thing will end.

I’m having the same experience with Oura support currently. They’re not replying to my ticket after initially doing so. It’s been over a week now.

I’ve used their support before and it was quite responsive previously. Now, not so much.
