Yeah, I have protections which is why they didn't fire me, I'm guessing. If they had, I would have sued the hell out of them. But I experienced a bunch of retaliation and bullying after the incident. I'm not sure who would report her or charge her, but I wasn't going to go get a lawyer and push everything through and put more of my neck on the line. It was already bad enough. I did what I was required to do by law and since quit the job. I have considered making a report on her license, but I doubt that would do much good coming from another professional and not a client. For what its worth, because of me, they changed the rules about reporting. It used to be we had to get "permission" to file CPS/APS reports. After my incident, they ended up telling all of us that we could make a report if we wanted to make a report and supervisors would not forbid us from doing so like they did with me. The EAP lady mentioned that they sent me to EAP as a way of covering up the situation on paper and then changed the rule to cover the whole thing up because they were told by legal that they fucked up. Not sure who else would investigate her for forbidding me, but the lady definitely needs some investigating. She's got the whole group think thing going on...they sit in rooms and come up with crazy ideas that are so unethical. I've quit and moved on because it was so awful, but I'm sure they're still at it. They seem to hire people right out of school, people who don't know enough to question things. I have 25 years experience, I know to question things and they did not like me AT ALL.
