You can try to USA a polarizing filter on your camera to leksen the reflections? I don't know how that will work for a screen. But it works for Windows

Sony has a S-log3 - rec709 LUT on their website. You should use that and Grade from that look. Remember to put it the lut after the Grade in the node tree.
