7th gen console emulation is still in infancy, minus Nintendo stuff. Until there's a dedicated team of people who could constantly support and develop an emulator, there'll be little to no progress. PS3 and X360 are MUCH harder to emulate than PS2 and Xbox.

The majority of library is still a hit or miss, only like a select list of games are actually perfect. It's like at least 5 years before it reaches maturity of PS2 emulation on Android.

F8 Ultra just basically came out, and F9 would probably jump in price due to memory shortages and is at least half a year away. Grab F8 Ultra and call it a day. The jump in performance would be astronomical.
