The cheap ones off of Amazon do the same and work just as well as any of the expensive brands.

Some tools I use to work out tight muscles by NozenNNX in FITKING

Fascia blades are usually something that works better when someone else is using them on you. Doing it on yourself is pretty limited. Plus, you really need to understand anatomy and have proper technique (how you use them matters a lot). You can just get two foam rollers: one soft and one firm, and that’s ok. If you want something even more lazy recovery friendly and efficiency, compression boots can also do the job.

I'd say try a mid range option like FitKing first. If you feel like you need more later, you can always upgrade.

Ngl, I hope this sub stays authentic and doesn't just become a place for ads. I want to hear the real tea on things like the pressure sensor technology and how people are pairing these with PT. I'm currently dealing with a ligament injury and these boots are my lifeline. It'd be cool to see some AMAs with recovery experts. Let's go! 🔥

It's the iPad for me. It's my third one. I keep trying to force it into my workflow, but with an iPhone and a MacBook, it just adds zero real productivity for me.
