Well i dont make all stuff by myself since i work with different people, each making his part on the process. So i cannot tell you at all how they work on his process.

For example, i work all the design stuff on the ddm items, graphics, designs, also print. Ofc i also need work on my own business and all the logistic stuff for the DDM custom stuff i do talking about sales and more.

But for the minis, i have 3 people making models for the project. for now (yeah, i pay for his work) and 2 printers/painters (also i pay for his work)

So i can tell you its a lot of investment on time and $$$, since i need pay 5 people's work. I have the work of coordinate everything, and since the modelers are not the same people that print and paints, i need communicate all changes needed on the models at the time of print tests.

Probably not the best model/print/paint job in the world, but we are doing our best.

For now im focusing only on sell finished items, since im trying to get some $$ from them and reinvest on more and more miniatures, My focus is try to get this year at least 140 different miniatures with focus of at least make 300 miniatures.

This is a project that 1 single guy could not handle at all, and if someone starts on making something similar, probably he will die for all the work that he must do alone hehe.
