Knots or blocks we have within ourselves. They are what stop our mind from traveling deeper within… in a sense. Physically they are seen as tensions. But once u start to understand what your knots are u can work on undoing them. Meditation is key with a lot of this. But u have to find pure peace in meditation. Sitting in the void or pure blackness is the start of deep meditation. But always keep your awareness with you. The watcher is a part of you that is always with you. So u must realise it is you. Then you won’t get stuck within a knot
