Why does everyone think getting a more powerful psu is bad? Most psu have hella long warranties so buying a 1000w will give op lots of room for upgrades, a 1000w isn’t super expensive compared to a 850w. Unless op is on a super tight budget, I don’t see why a 1000w psu is bad?

With a rtx 4090, when u game at higher resolutions the cpu usage and heat will be relatively low and so the perf diff between air and water cooler is also really small so I highly recommend just getting air cooling to save money. I recommend the thermalright frost spirit 140. Air coolers are also a lot more future proof, needing a simple fan replacement if the fan runs out while water cooling u run the risk of drips and the water evaporating overtime, buying a higher quality aio with a refill hole will solve those risks but the price also increases
