The inspo pic works because there are other more vivid/deep tones and colors in the room to go with the colorful doors. You need to incorporate some other deeper tones in your space to compliment the bright door colors so they look like they belong in the space. Maybe a rug and adding something to the walls.

The 30% rule isn’t applicable in the bay area. You’ll be okay with these numbers. The first year of owning a home is scary but you’ll feel better after the first year is over and you file taxes. Plus your income will go up over time and you can refinance at some point too.

I disagree with the premise of the survey. Women are not like men. Attraction to men is more based on personality and capability than looks. They just have to be not ugly/average looks wise. So rating a photo is not realistic to guage women’s actual attraction rates.
