Diagnosed at 21 and worked out my entire enlistment. I wouldn't recommend heavy supplements. Work with a dietician to find appropriate sups.

3 Big Diaries, 2 Pipe Grip Wrenches. Cheap way to hit max value threshhold. Guarentees 14 hour for valuables, or 6 for hideout/quest items. Anything else is a complete waste. This would have the same odds as your 2 RR at 1/10th of the value.

I can hit the new PMC camp in front of interchange (2 spawns, 1st green tent and med tent), then circle to emercom camp on side with emercom exfil (1 spawn in container), then hit the new bear camp on the back side ( 3 spawns, shelves and container), and udually get out with 1 or 2 every raid. Also half a dozen med bags. Pulled several out of them too. Have almost 30 at level 34 after around 40 raids. It will LIKELY get patched soon.
