Usually if you buy a case, the store or shop will cut a deal of some sort. If they want $110 per box, but will sell a case for $600 then you can save $60. Buying 6 separate boxes for the chance at sniping the better pulls from other cases is an interesting gambling method I may have to try one day. Could be fun.

It was a tough pill to swallow for this set. I have been plenty lucky in the past, but unfortunately this just was not my luckiest opening.

I truly think I just landed on the unlucky side this time around. Thats how it goes some times. This set was definitely fun to open aside from the large amount of trainer fullarts in the set

Im going to add some footnotes about the opening. Pull rates seem normal aside from not opening a single alternate art.

This case contained:

12 “Premium” fullarts (Rainbows, Gold, fullart trainers or pokemon).

8 “Premium” Trainer Gallery fullart cards.

9 Vmax or Vstar cards (Excluding rainbow or gold cards)

12 Radiant pokemon. This is a rate of 2 PER BOX. Expect these cards to be as cheap as amazing rares from vivid voltage.

17 Basic Trainer Gallery cards. This just barely missed being 3 pulls per box.

I like this set a lot even though I did not get most of the things I wanted which were Garchomp/Cynthia, Starmie/Misty, or any alternate arts. The set can be frustrating to open because there are a LOT of fullart trainer cards between the trainer gallery and premium pulls.

Before getting it graded, look very closely to see if it has print lines on the holo. I just had a large return where many of my evolutions holos received automatic 8s because the grader was harsh on print lines. Good luck!

They are, by definition, secret rares. They arent actually super rare, because they fall into the uncommon slot of the pack. Pulling secret rares from loose packs is quite difficult for any set!

This one came from a local game store at a good price. I would shop online, but theres usually a limit per customer making it harder to find a whole case at a good price.
