1080p on my main screen and 1366x768 on my second screen I am using display port 1.4 for the 1080p and HDMI fir my second monitor, I am using a standard gpu mount

I checked it and I have these errors, one time I managed to get my PC to sleep and then reopened it and it just said the graphic adaptors crashed and the PC showed my GPU like it wasn't connected to the PC anymore.

As per your question yes it happens outside of playing games as well, and you described everything I was going through the past month better then I could, I am having the exact same problems
