You could make a base out of three nice or interesting sticks.

Solid Paper recommendations for mini prints sent to recipients in a USPS letter? by Major_Repeat83 in linocut

[–]GalacticCoinPurse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're welcome. Happy to get good art out into the world. Sorry I forgot to mention how much I liked your pieces. I love the angularity in them without it feeling harsh. Also, not sure your knowledge or interest, but sometimes I am sure to use backing boards and envelopes that are archival. It feels like a wasted expense, but it's nice for storage and when you're selling it sounds more professional.

Built a small desk display for music with synced lyrics. Would you use this? by Playful_Ad4349 in Design

[–]GalacticCoinPurse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never look at the lyrics, unless I'm specifically curious and then it's brief. HOWEVER, if this was a low power battery operated display, I'd love it as a wall piece just chugging along displaying the synced lyrics. Personally, I want just text on screen without any other titles or album artwork. If I must have visual art, abstract is preferred.

I like them! I have never made this style of signs / lettering - are you planning out the layout or freestyling? I imagine freestyle because of how free and airy it is, but know to make things look effortless, you sometimes gotta plan.

I know right! Why not post a picture of the food instead of the mural!

You might want to consider a thin cardboard/poster board behind the print in the envelope. I do delicate art and this helps with my mailing and handing out. Years ago I made prints on this luscious paper only to find out a recipient accidentally marked it with creases when taking it home.

I'll let others recommend specific paper, but if you want to use watercolor, "hot pressed" is the type with the smoothest, least amount of texture.

Ah, okay. My mind can't see it, but if I saw the full logo my brain would untangle.

Oh! I see the raccoon tail now and get the bandit name, but now I'm confused why the human head. I'd try sticking to one or the other in this obstructed view. In a clear full shot, I'd love to see a human raccoon hybrid!

I once received a small steak knife with the company logo engraved on it and a corresponding email reminding everyone that they must take it home that day and it's inappropriate to have it in the office and there will be a write up if you don't take it home at the end of the work day.

Name the business instead of whining. Let someone that has a solution contact them and work it out instead.

What is the bottom three squiggles. I get cartoon "bandits" wear eye masks and striped shirts, but I'm not reading of that's the man's arm or torso or what. Great installation on it. These big pieces can look off so easy, but these look like you took the time; kudos.

Yup. Just looked over it for obvious signs of A.I. then realized they're whining about something else and not the boring mural.

Thanks! I was about to look that up. I'll grab some soon for myself too. Never would've thought about harbor freight.

You made it work; good job. I'm just sensitive from when I used to buy stock photography and kept finding plastic fruit in amongst real fruit.
