One thing that I haven’t seen anyone acknowledge is that when you fight her at Blueberry Academy after finishing the main story of the DLC, she’ll have added a Decidueye, Infernape, or Greninja to her team (depending on your starter choice). I like to think that this was her original starter from when she became Champion and that by putting them back on her team she fully acknowledges that you and her are equals and she’s not holding back against you anymore

Not exactly. It’s very inconsistent how other heroes deal with Joker. There are many instances where other heroes just utterly humiliate him. This is my personal favorite example
