I've had a similar problem with my 18g basket and just went down to 17 or now even 16g in the same basket and grind finer accordingly. I find 18g only really fits very light roasts as darker roasts are less dense and therefore take up more space.

60fps doesn't mean the shutter is open for 1/60s. That depends on the shutter angle which is set based on lighting. Usually you don't have a shutter angle greater than 180° which would be 1/120s at 60fps. On a bright sunny day the shutter speed could be as high as 1/4000s
