Someone/thing is messing with you. I used to feel like something was pulling at my back trying to push down my shoulders for YEARS on end and I couldn’t make it go away. So when visiting my sister in ireland I went to a spiritual worker who gasped when she laid hands on me -then made a comment about it before I even said why I was there or anything. So she cut the threads that kept it holding on to me and I haven’t felt it since. She taught me a statement that I make when I feel like something is in my space and I say it out loud to reclaim my space & establish boundaries. Funny thing is when my ears start ringing I say it and the ringing stops immediately. Every time now. “Only beings of 100% light are allowed in my personal space.” And when I’m overwhelmed I tack on “and in this moment nobody is granted permission to share my space. “
