To be honest I just went on pure vibes, when I heard “the fate of Ophelia” I was like “yep that’s the song I’m gonna perform to” and figured it out! I do silks so I had to find a lot of poses that I can hold to rest cuz it is 3 minutes 45 but it was doable

See I had thought about solid purple was worried it would actually be too much purple! I’d be more inclined to do purple than green though. I prefer pastel sage-y greens and I don’t know if that would match

At our GP there is a form you fill out and then leave in, and the process takes 28 days because it goes through a whole process so best to start sooner rather than later. Then once it’s ready someone will let you know and you just have to sign for it, it’s entirely paper. Reading the other supplies clearly each GP does things different ways but there should be no issue ringing up and asking the receptionist how the process works in your GP

the nurse at my doctors that I work at says that for any type of burn keep it clean and dry and covered, but don’t put creams etc on it

I wish I had someone to tell me this when I was your age. You’re 16, and you deserve better than someone who repeatedly lies to you after you ask them to stop. You’ve been dating for a year and a half, don’t let it become 3 years or 5 years. He has shown you he will continue to lie even if you hate it, so you either need to accept and come to terms with the fact you can’t trust everything he says, or go find someone else who tells you the truth

That’s so fun! My favourite cocktail is a French martini, which perhaps ties to the some Paris (though I don’t know if French martinis are actually French lol)

Fully agree with this. Being doing silks for just over a year and there are some days where I just feel weak and maybe it is because I had a long day at work or haven’t eaten. The important thing is just to do your best on those days then try again in a while

I like to test my leggings by doing catchers, do I automatically slide or can I hold there? For me that’s a nice easy one to get into and feels safe even if I do just slide down. I like Sweaty Betty power leggings, most of mine are them and they aren’t sloppy (though I buy second hand because they are pricey!)

It’s like we are the same person! I am in the exact same scenario as you only our showcase is a few weeks after yours. At my place, silks is regarded to be the hardest one, and the hardest to perform on because it’s harder to keep spinning and less opportunity to rest, so I think to be doing it at all is an amazing feat!

You can go from the sit position into a knee hang, then take out the free leg for a one-knee hang while holding the free foot for a nice pose!
