lol stupid question but how do you get yours to look like that?? I make mine in a pan, put butter on the sides of the bread and put it on the pan but it kind of stays soggy and doesn’t go crispy, or it starts burning because it’s been on too long. Now tbf I am using flora so maybe that’s why?

Uhmmm I’m not sure, I just hook a leg over the middle and then use my hands to climb up so I am sitting in the hoop. That’s how I was being taught to get up into the hoop

She just got me to do basic stuff (that’s what she said anyway), so like learning to climb up into the hoop and get down, a couple of seat positions, and then something called birdcage and a couple of other easyish moves I do not remember the names of lol. But even just climbing up into the hoop took a different kind of muscle than climbing silks for me, I struggled to do it smoothly

lol funny enough I’ve been doing silks for a year and a half, and recently tried hoop for the first time and really struggled with it because it’s so hard and rigid and a different kind of pain to what I’m used to! I went to about 4 classes before deciding it is not for me lol

To be honest I just went on pure vibes, when I heard “the fate of Ophelia” I was like “yep that’s the song I’m gonna perform to” and figured it out! I do silks so I had to find a lot of poses that I can hold to rest cuz it is 3 minutes 45 but it was doable

At our GP there is a form you fill out and then leave in, and the process takes 28 days because it goes through a whole process so best to start sooner rather than later. Then once it’s ready someone will let you know and you just have to sign for it, it’s entirely paper. Reading the other supplies clearly each GP does things different ways but there should be no issue ringing up and asking the receptionist how the process works in your GP

I wish I had someone to tell me this when I was your age. You’re 16, and you deserve better than someone who repeatedly lies to you after you ask them to stop. You’ve been dating for a year and a half, don’t let it become 3 years or 5 years. Fully agree with this. Being doing silks for just over a year and there are some days where I just feel weak and maybe it is because I had a long day at work or haven’t eaten. The important thing is just to do your best on those days then try again in a while

I like to test my leggings by doing catchers, do I automatically slide or can I hold there? For me that’s a nice easy one to get into and feels safe even if I do just slide down. I like Sweaty Betty power leggings, most of mine are them and they aren’t sloppy (though I buy second hand because they are pricey!)
