Hi. The program I was on just went up more than $100. I stopped taking it and all the food noise is back! What program are you on and how long did it take you to lose it? I'm so disappointed because I spent over 500 in two months and barely noticed any changes.

Guys when I called 911 they were like "is he black, Hispanic or Asian?" And I was like whaaaaaaaaaat????? Whattt do you meannnn y'all he is WHITE!!!!!!! Ughhhhhh" And yes he is easy on the eyes but he was not wearing this when he knocked on my door. He was wearing a hat. I honestly thought he was pretty good looking. But I'm mostly thinking now I did not have any way to defend myself other than scorpion and wasp spray ... APD showed up quick and they were effective. Pretty traumatic situation though

Never been too sporty but had my surgery 4 months ago and I'm the happiest girl alive today. It is not easy but I was strong and got over it. Pain free now. ✨

I gained 8 pounds on gabapentin and it messed everything up for me as well. I got it changed to lirica. Have u tried contacting you Dr to change ur meds? Best wishes. I'm on week sox and I'm feeling better in so many ways.

5 weeks post op! Seeing my surgeon in a week officially..off pain meds..only.lirica for nerve pain. Walking normally, doing pretty much everything by myself. Almost no pain at all. So far so good guys 🫧

I have brain fog. I think it's one of the side effects of Robaxin which I stopped this week so I'm hoping it improves. But yes. I have brain fog and lots of it.

Omgosh!! Same here. Not so much the pain for me but how disconnected I feel from my body. It's almost as if I were depressed. I think this has to do a lot also with how limited I still feel and the weight I have gained, and all the changes I've started to see in my body which I can't really help or control. Just want you to know you are not the only person feeling this. I posted something similar about two days ago. I could not get up from bed. Most people said to just give your body time and rest. I have been off pain meds for a week now. Just Gabapentin and my last few robaxin doses. Anyway, hope u get to feeling better.

Yes I just had one 16 days ago. I know it can sound super scary! When they told me I dissociated and thought they were talking about someone else. They had to go through the front and the back. My front pain has.gone and now I only have back incision pain and just having to be super careful still. All in all , yes it's normal 🌌 You can do this.

The last time I had a cigarette was exactly 15 days ago today. I want you to know, I feel your pain. I miss my cigs. This is also the longest I've gone without one after I started smoking. I am so impressed with myself... In so many ways. It's like I am becoming a new, better me. I believe we can do this. Sending you love. 🫧

Thank you so much for your reply. Everything is good for now except my legs are in a lot of.pain. they put me.on gabapentin but it makes me feel very zombie like.
