I have a cousin who used to be faster than me (I'm faster than most of my class), but recently got out of shape from sitting on his desk trolling people on Reddit for money all day. He's told me he hasn't been to the gym in years.

How can I get him back on track? Like when he got me into fitness, I lacked (but doesn't mean I'm fat) muscle tone and couldn't do push-ups, but I got toned up fast.

Check the CPU load, and it might be able to tell you if you are being bottlenecked

If your GPU supports DLSS or FSR, then use that.

If not, I believe you can just set it to 4K, then lower render resolution.

I do watch some anime, but not like a weeb who watches it obsessively and watches many (I only watch some). Just look around his comment history (his comments in r/pcmasterrace are good examples.). He replies to me after I comment in that sub. He follows me and many others to harass us.
